1. Who we are
Progressive Revenue Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, our scorecard, and our consulting engagements.
- Registered company: Progressive Revenue Ltd, company number 14568411
- Registered address: 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE
- Contact for privacy matters: support@progressiverevenue.co.uk
- ICO registration: ZC257893
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
2. What we collect, why, and on what basis
When you contact us or book a call — your name, business email, phone number if you give it, company, and what you tell us. We use this to reply and to run the conversation you asked for. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry); steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
When you take the scorecard — your ten answers and the scores calculated from them. Your answers are scored in your browser and are not sent to us unless you ask for the full report. If you request the full report, we also collect your name, business email, your company name (optional; if you leave it blank we may work it out from your email address) and, optionally, your mobile number. We use this to generate and send your report, and — if you tick the box — to follow up about whether we can help. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link.
When you become a client — contact details of you and your team, and the commercial, market and customer information needed to deliver the engagement (for example your customer list, positioning, competitor notes, call recordings or transcripts you share with us). Lawful basis: performance of our contract with your business.
When you visit the site — technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time on site, recorded in our hosting provider’s server logs. We do not use analytics or tracking tools. We use this to keep the site secure and understand how it is used. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
Marketing — we may send you occasional emails about our services if you have asked for information from us or consented, and you have not opted out. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
We do not collect special-category data (health, ethnicity, religion, political opinions and similar) or criminal-offence data.
3. How we use AI in our work
For consulting engagements, we use a private system we built to structure the work, research your market and draft first versions of strategy documents. It works only from what you tell us, what we verify, and published sales methods, and every recommendation is reviewed and owned by a named person before it reaches you. AI processing is carried out through Anthropic’s Claude API. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, data sent through the API is not used to train its models. Your information is held in a password-protected system and is never used to train AI models.
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only where needed to run the business:
- Hosting and infrastructure — Replit, Inc. (USA) hosts this website and our systems.
- Email and calendar — Microsoft 365 for our business email and calendar; Resend (USA) to deliver scorecard reports and notifications.
- Video hosting — YouTube (Google) and Vimeo host videos embedded or linked on this site; their own privacy notices apply when you play them.
- Booking — Microsoft Bookings when you book a call.
- Delivery partner — for client engagements that include outbound and revenue-operations delivery, we work with Sieora (Pty) Ltd, Cape Town, South Africa. Sieora receives the client information needed to run that work (see section 7).
- Professional advisers — accountants, lawyers and insurers where necessary.
- Authorities — where the law requires it.
All providers are bound by contracts that restrict what they can do with your data.
5. How long we keep it
- Scorecard results with no contact details: we don’t keep them. Your answers are scored in your browser and are only sent to us if you ask for the report.
- Scorecard leads (name, email, scores): 24 months from your last interaction with us, then deleted unless you have become a client or asked us to keep in touch.
- Enquiries and correspondence: 24 months after the last contact.
- Client records: for the length of the engagement and 6 years afterwards, for legal, tax and insurance reasons.
- Technical logs: up to 90 days.
6. Security
Our systems are password-protected and access is limited to people who need it. We keep backups, log access, and have a process for handling any suspected breach, including notifying you and the ICO where we are required to.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers are outside the UK. Transfers to the USA rely on the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the ICO’s International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. South Africa does not have a UK adequacy decision, so any transfer of client data to Sieora is covered by the ICO International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, which we put in place before any client data is shared. You can ask us for details of the safeguards used.
8. Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If you play an embedded or linked video (YouTube, Vimeo) or book a call through Microsoft Bookings, those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy notices.
9. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email support@progressiverevenue.co.uk and we will respond within one month. There is no fee unless a request is unfounded or excessive.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
10. Links to other sites
This site links to third-party sites (including sieora.com). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11. Changes
We will post any changes to this notice here and update the date at the top. Material changes affecting scorecard leads or clients will be emailed.
