1. Who we are and what these terms cover
This website (progressiverevenue.co.uk) is operated by Progressive Revenue Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales 14568411, registered office 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. Contact: support@progressiverevenue.co.uk.
These terms govern your use of the site, the free scorecard, and any content we publish here. By using the site you accept them. If you engage us for consulting or delivery services, that work is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for anything it covers.
This site is intended for use by businesses and by people acting on behalf of a business. You confirm you are at least 18.
2. The scorecard
The scorecard is a free, indicative self-assessment. Its scores and suggested starting points are generated from your own answers and general benchmarks. They are a prompt for a conversation, not advice, a diagnosis of your business, or a recommendation you should act on without further assessment. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any score or report.
If you request the full report, you agree to provide a genuine name and business email address. How we handle that data is set out in our Privacy Notice.
3. No guarantee of results
Nothing on this site is a promise of revenue, meetings, pipeline or any commercial outcome. Results from any sales or go-to-market work depend on many factors, including your own execution, and vary from business to business. Content on the site is general information; it is not legal, financial or professional advice for your situation.
4. Our partnership with Sieora
Parts of our delivery are provided in partnership with Sieora (Pty) Ltd. References to Sieora on this site describe that relationship; they do not make Sieora a party to these terms or to any agreement you enter with us unless the client agreement says otherwise. The Sieora name, logo and video are used with permission and remain Sieora's property.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, graphics, logos, the scorecard questions and scoring, and the methods described — is owned by Progressive Revenue Ltd or used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own business's internal use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell, or create derivative works from the site or its content without our written permission. Third-party trademarks (including tools we mention, such as HubSpot, Clay and LinkedIn) belong to their owners; their appearance here does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the site to do anything unlawful, to introduce malware, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, to scrape or harvest contact details, to impersonate anyone, or to interfere with its operation. We may block access for breach of this section.
7. Existing course customers
If you purchased the ProRev Sales Enablement and Leadership Course, your access continues under the terms you accepted at purchase. Course videos are hosted on Vimeo and course materials remain our intellectual property; they are for your own use and may not be shared or redistributed. Course purchases were non-refundable at the point of sale; that remains the case.
8. Booking a call
Calls booked through this site are free and without obligation on either side. They are provided through Microsoft Bookings, whose own terms apply to the booking tool.
9. Third-party links and embedded content
The site links to and embeds content from third parties, including YouTube, Vimeo and sieora.com. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
10. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site available and its content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee either. We may change or remove content, suspend the site, or change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted; the date at the top of this page shows the current version.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties and conditions relating to the site and its content, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, business, revenue, data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site, the scorecard, or any content on it. Because the site and scorecard are provided free of charge, our total liability to you in connection with them is limited to £100.
This section applies to the free use of the website only. Liability under any consulting or delivery engagement is governed by the relevant client agreement.

13. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a term at any time is not a waiver of it. These terms are between you and Progressive Revenue Ltd; they do not create any partnership, agency or employment relationship.
